Thank you for shopping with us! Our goal is to ensure your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy for details on shipping times, costs, and delivery information.

Shipping Processing Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Custom or Pre-Order Items: These items may take longer to process. Estimated processing times for custom or pre-order items will be indicated in the product description.

Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Economy Shipping: 5 to 8 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within [list countries/regions]. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, there may be shipping delays beyond our control due to factors such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays. If your shipment is delayed, we will do our best to keep you updated.

Damages and Lost Items

We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at brokenrecordsco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s), if applicable. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, please review the details below on how to return eligible items:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in new condition—unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

US Returns

  • For US returns, please email brokenrecordsco@gmail.com with your order number, details, and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost
  • Once items are received and inspected, refunds (net of any restocking fee) will be credited back to your original payment method. Allow 5-7 business days for refunds to appear on your statement.

Unacceptable Condition

  • Items returned in unacceptable condition will not qualify for a refund. Such items may be shipped back to you at your expense.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
